Rick Anderson is a retired 33 year veteran of law enforcement, where he served in the following assignments: Police Officer, Homicide Detective, Undercover Narcotics Detective, Sergeant, S.W.A.T. Operator, S.W.A.T. Team Leader, S.W.A.T. Training Sergeant, and S.W.A.T. Senior Team Sergeant. Rick Anderson has served as a Subject Matter Expert / instructor and lead instructor, in the following disciplines: S.W.A.T. Operations, Advanced S.W.A.T. Operations, Dignitary Protection, Defensive and Arrest Control Tactics, Firearms Instructor, Use of Force expert, Officer Safety and Survival, Active Shooter/Active Violence Response, De-Escalation, and Major Events Security Planning. Rick Anderson has also provided protection services to multiple U.S. Presidents, Vice Presidents, members of Congress and the Senate, as well as the Pope, and various high-profile celebrities.
Rick Anderson has also provided instruction for various tactical organizations as well as private sector companies on topics which include Women’s Self-defense, Active Shooter Response, Situational Awareness, S.W.A.T. and Tactical Operations, and Operating in High Risk Environments for Journalists.
Rick Anderson has a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, and is working on a Masters of Organizational Leadership, specializing in Executive Leadership. Rick Anderson currently provides safety planning and training consultation services to civilian organizations within the realty, media, legal, and corporate industries.

Tom Boskovich is a retired 20 year veteran of law enforcement, and 10 year veteran of the United States Army and the Colorado Army National Guard. In addition to his military experience, Tom Boskovich has served as a Police Officer, K-9 Officer, Departmental Instructor, Lead Instructor, S.W.A.T. Operator, S.W.A.T. Team Leader, S.W.A.T. Training Sergeant, and S.W.A.T. Team Sergeant. Tom Boskovich has served as a Subject Matter Expert / Instructor and Lead Instructor, in the following disciplines: S.W.A.T. Thomas Boskovich
Justin Lee is a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Special Forces Green Beret and Marine Corps. Completing combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Justin served as a Senior Communications Sergeant on a Special Forces Operation Detachment Alpha. During his time as a Communications Sergeant, Justin was responsible for the networking and security of his team’s communications both stateside and internationally. Justin also completed a digital forensic course, utilizing those skills to scan cell phones and computers while in Afghanistan.
Justin’s last two years in Special Forces were spent as an Instructor for a Digital Special Operations Detachment, training Green Berets on the procedures to protect themselves digitally while deploying to Africa. His instruction has helped military members know the signs of digital compromise and the steps to secure personal communication equipment abroad and while traveling throughout the United States.

Dr Lynn Joffe, MD, MSPH
Dr. Lynn Joffe has been a medical doctor for over 25 years having graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, a Master’s Degree in Public Health specializing in Infectious Disease.
Dr. Joffe received her Medical Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Joffe has an extensive background in the areas of infectious diseases, epidemiology, and general medicine. Dr. Joffe owns and operates a successful practice in Denver, Colorado overseeing multiple medical providers. She has been recognized as one of the top 500 medical providers in the nation by Athena Health, and currently serves as a physician advisory board for Athena Health. Dr. Joffe also serves as the local medical director of Colorado for Aledade Health.
She has distinguished herself with over fifteen national publications on issues involving infectious disease and epidemiology. Dr. Lynn Joffe, has traveled the world, lived in Israel, Egypt, served in the Israeli Defense Forces, and spent time in Central America, where she lived for a while in Honduras. Dr. Joffe brings a unique real world experience to her impressive expertise.

Carlie Anderson graduated from Fort Lewis College in Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Carlie Anderson received a Master of Public Health degree specializing in Epidemiology from the University of Colorado, Denver. Carlie Anderson has studied and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. While attending and working for the University of Colorado, University of Westminster in London, and the University of Edinburgh in Scotland she worked with various health organizations including Attend ABI in London, the Usher Institute for Health in Edinburgh, and Denver Health.
She has both academic and industry experience ranging a wide array of topics. Her areas of focus are cognitive psychology, epidemiological research, computer technology, and global health.
Carlie Anderson brings a strong research background, travel experience, and diverse work history to CAG.
